Vice Ganda questioned a ReiNanay contestant who mentioned about Rep. Alan Peter Cayetano’s 10k Ayuda Bill

On It’s Showtime‘s Thursday episode, September 9, Vice Ganda questioned a ReiNanay contestant who believed in Taguig-Pateros Rep. Alan Peter Cayetano’s proposal to distribute PhP10,000 worth of cash aid to every Filipino family amid the coronavirus pandemic.

During the ReiNanay segment, the comedian talked about the supposed cash assistance received by Filipino mothers in the country.

He asked the ontestant: “Kunyare ang gobyerno ay magswesweldo sa lahat ng nanay, sa palagay n’yo magkano ang dapat maging sweldo ng nanay kada buwan?

As a response, the ReiNanay contestant implied that she believes that Cayetano’s proposed 10k Ayuda Bill can suffice the financial needs of Filipino moms.

“10k, kagaya nung sinabi ni Cayetano. Eh ‘di yun na lang. Malaking tulong po iyon,” the comedian said.

The comedian seemingly opposed her belief and said: “Naniwala ka naman kay Cayetano?”

The ReiNanay then quickly gave a different answer by laughingly saying: “Hindi. Hahahaha!”

Cayetano and his allies filed the proposed P10K Ayuda Bill on February 1, 2021, to be part of Bayanihan 3, but the P10k cash aid provision did not get adopted.

The politician said [only] about a month before filing candidacies for the 2022 elections that he is considering running for president in next year’s elections.

He is a Christ-centered candidate but got accused of Christian-baiting in the coming national election next year as he described himself.

He also failed to gain the trust of many Filipinos for his mistakes in the past.

Cayetano defended the “drug war” in a UN General Assembly in New York, denying the statistical evidence and reports connected with the “drug war” when he served as Foreign Affairs Secretary.

He also has a flip-flop stand on the ABS-CBN franchise, saying that committee members should vote according to their conscience.
