Nikko Natividad defends Arjo Atayde from accusations of abandoning fellow actors after testing positive for COVID-19

On August 18, Kapamilya artist Nikko Natividad defended actor Arjo Atayde on social media from accusations of abandoning his fellow actors after testing positive for COVID-19.

Natividad refuted the accusations on his Twitter and Instagram account, clarifying that Atayde was rushed to a hospital.

He also attested to Atayde’s character, noting that the actor wouldn’t abandon the cast and crew.

Natividad even responded to a netizen with a raunchy comeback about disseminating fake news.

Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong confirmed that Atayde tested positive for COVID-19 alongside nine actors while filming their upcoming movie.

He also alleged that Atayde left the quarantine facility in Baguio City without Magalong’s knowledge.

FeelMaking Productions explained that Atayde was rushed to a hospital in Manila after suffering symptoms of COVID-19 such as high fever, headaches, and difficulty breathing.
