Netizens slam the ‘Ultimate Marites’ Lolit Solis for failing to snitch on McCoy De Leon and Elisse Joson’s (McLisse) baby.
On their October 31 PBB guesting, McLisse gave a big revelation when they announced that they are now parents to their baby girl Felize.
The couple even invited “Kuya” to be the godparent of their child.
The revelation took the local entertainment scene by storm as netizens did not expect the couple to have a baby. They then turned to Solis, pointing out that the veteran entertainment columnist and gossip-monger failed to give a write-up before McLisse’s revelation.
In an Instagram post by Solis on November 2, she shared that people are still quick to criticize even when she has a write-up on McLisse’s baby or not.

“Natawa ako sa mga comments sa IG ko, Salve. Bakit daw wala akong balita tungkol sa pagbubuntis ni Elisse Joson, ang hina daw ng radar ko, dahil nagka anak ng baby girl pero hindi ko nalaman. Kalokah di bah ? Pag ibinalita mo, sasabihin pakialamera at tsismosa ka. Pag hindi mo sinulat, mahina kang klase ng reporter,” said Solis.
She then congratulated De Leon and Joson for their baby and commended their bravery in making the announcement.
“Gusto ko batiin sila Elisse Joson at McCoy de Leon, dahil buong tapang nila inamin ang tunay nilang estado. Kinuha nilang ninong ng baby girl nika si Direk Lauren Dyogi dahil gusto nila manahin ng baby ang wisdom ni Direk Lauren Dyogi. Bongga. Iyan dapat ang pipili ng ninong at ninang, iyon may manahin maganda iyon baby nyo. Congrats again,” she said.
Elisse Joson and McCoy De Leon started as partners in Pinoy Big Brother 7 in 2016. Their last on-screen pairing was the 2019 romance movie Sakaling Maging Tayo.
They broke up in mid-2018, but they confirmed their reconciliation even before the pandemic started.
