Daniel Padilla stresses over his parents running in the 2022 elections!

Karla Estrada confessed her son Daniel Padilla is stressed regarding her and Rommel Padilla’s running for public posts in the next national elections.

On a new YouTube vlog uploaded by Ogie Diaz on November 15, Estrada admitted her son did not take lightly the news of his parents involving in politics.

“Ako talagang napaka-transparent ko sa ganyan. Na-stress ‘yung anak ko. Na-stress siya, hindi niya kinaya. Kasi si Daniel hanggat maari ay umiiwas sa usaping politika. Tapos biglang, hindi man lang kapatid, talagang parehong magulang niya ang kinailangan at binigyan ng pagkakataon.”

Estrada shared that her son does not want to align himself with political discussions, saying that the sudden announcement of his parents running for public posts made him worry.

“Si Daniel hindi masalitang tao pero 100% sa magulang ay doon ang kanyang suporta bilang kami ay kanyang mga magulang.

“Wala siyang sinasabi ngayon, pero hindi rin siya kumokontra sa amin. Actually ako kapag nagkukuwento ay happy siya. Basta ang importante ay masaya raw ako.”

Estrada stated her son does not show any contradictions regarding their decisions, as long as both of them are happy with their journey in politics.

“Pero kung ako ang masusunod ay okay naman ako kahit hindi siya sa shadow ko sa politika or kahit wala siya sa tabi ko sa politikang ito. Kasi paniwala naman ako na maniwala lang sa akin ‘yung mga tao na marunong akong tumulong eh okay na ako roon,”

Whether Daniel would support his parents in their candidacy or not, Estrada said she would accept whole-heartedly whatever decision her son would make.

On October 27, Daniel and Kathryn Bernardo have already started their taping for their upcoming teleserye titled ‘2G2BT’ (2 Good 2 Be True).
